How To Measure

To help choose the right SELUNA size, you will need to measure your bust, waist and hip.

Use a soft tape measure or tailor's tape over your underwear or form fitting clothing.

FOR ALL MEASUREMENTS! Make sure the tape measure is neither too tight nor too loose: hold a finger between your body and the tape measure to ensure some room for comfort.

BUST MEASUREMENT - refers to the widest part of your chest.

For bust measurements we highly recommend that you measure without a bra on for best accuracy. Wear a thin camisole if you are uncomfortable with the tape touching your bare skin.

This measurement must be taken around the fullest part of your breasts, typically across the nipple area. If the fullest part of your breasts is not across your nipples, but lower, measure there instead.

To do so, lift your arms and wrap the tape under your armpits straight across both nipples.

Only measure with a bra on if the desired garment is being worn with one! Be sure it is not heavily padded!

We recommend that you make mental note of your bust measurement with one and without one on. Always default to your natural bust measurement with no bra

WAIST MEASUREMENT - surprisingly not where your bellybutton is

In fashion and clothing, it actually refers to your natural waist, which is not at your belly button.

This measurement is best taken with nothing covering your abdomen/stomach area!

To find your natural waist, stand straight up and bend sharply to one side, finding where your body creases/skin folds. At the deepest crease, wrap the measuring tape straight across and around the rest of your body. For many, it is the smallest point, but it may not be on you!

You might need the help of a partner for this one.

HIP MEASUREMENT - not your hip bone, but your butt!

Many think your hip measurement is always at your hip bones, but that’s not true: Your hip measurement is across your booty at your widest/fullest point.

For an accurate measurement, make sure your feet are straight below your hips and not sprawled apart. Remember to sit down and stand up while taking your hip measurements to make sure you're not pulling the tape too tight.

Once you have all three measurements, look at our size chart and there you will find your one of a kind, SELUNA size!
