Shipping policy

Here at SELUNA, all items are made to order, at no extra cost to you! 

You will recieve your tracking information when the item has been made and is ready to be shipped. 

For all SELUNA STARGIRL PREORDERS, you will receive an email with a general date estimate for when they will be shipped out. All pre-orders are subject to be fulfilled at one time, since they are pre-ordered; regardless of the time of purchase. 

• For example, if one customer places an order in the beginning of March, and another customer places it at the end of March, both customers will recieve their items at the same time when the orders ship in May. 

 

SELUNA EXPRESS PREORDER

For those customers who want their items sooner, an extra $20 can be paid. Express preorders are subject to the same logic as the STARGIRL PREORDERS, meaning that all EXPRESS PREORDERS will be shipped at once, regardless of original date of purchase. 

• For example, if one customer places an order in the beginning of June, and another customer places it at the end of June, both customers will recieve their items at the same time when the orders ship in July. 

 

For all PREORDERS, expect at least a month or two before your orders are fulfilled and shipped! This is to best manage supply and demand, and to ensure our designer does not end up overwhelmed!
